Yes. I am writing on Wordpress template installation on my blog in blogger.com. Blogger.com is a good platform. It is just that Wordpress offers more plug-in and advance features that i find useful to develop simple blogs to something more complex.
Since i got a new domain for another web, it is natural to get Wordpress template installation to personalized it.
Any new blogger on Wordpress would have come across a certain stage with some questions on how to install a new theme. So did I. And i searched and found Educhalk. It's is really good as it provides plenty of tutorials on Wordpress.

WordPress is so easy to use and the community itself makes it that much more greater than its competition.
I agree. Success or failure of any application is determined by the level of community's participation. That explains why open-source programs with the largest following will always be the winner.
